Turbine Blowers

AJANTHA range of Turbine / Side Channel Blowers generate high negative pressure, which makes them ideal for applications requiring high vacuum performance such as Centralized Vacuum System. These powerful units are reasonably maintenance free with least wear and tear and operate very quietly. We offer different models depending upon the application needs.

Principle of Operation
These blowers consist of a dynamically balanced impeller which revolves in a stator cum-compression chamber having very fine clearance between them.The impeller is fitted directly on a vertical shaft and is driven by flange mounted motor. Both the suction and pressure openings are located on the outer periphery of the stator to reduce the impedance to airflow thereby developing vacuum and pressure.

Application
Aeration in effluent treatment industrial vacuum cleaners plant furnace air supply agitation of chemicals pneumatic conveying electroplating chemicals, etc socks knitting machine air pollution monitoring fish farming and hatchery equipment.

Features
No lubrication is required since there is no friction and hence the air is absolutely oil free Practically nil maintenance cost. Extremely compact unit and can be mounted inside the equipment. silencer ensures low noise.
